DESCRIPTION:You are invited to experience “Nawarit”\, a sculptural installation by Pierre & Cedric Koukjian at Rebirth Beirut\, Gemmayze.“Nawarit” is a traditional greeting\, an expression meaning “you’ve brought light.” It is an invitation to connect\, to gather and to illuminate.The exhibition uses irony\, scale and surprise to reflect shifts in culture\, identity and everyday life\, all with a touch of humor. The works use luminous forms and flowing materials to explore light not just as a source of visibility\, but as a metaphor for presence\, resilience and continuity.After showcasing internationally\, this is the designers’ Beirut debut suitably held at Rebirth Beirut\, whose mission is to relight the city one street at a time.The exhibition runs until September 27th\, 2025.Opening hours:August: Mon-Thu 4pm to 7pmSeptember: Mon-Sat 3pm to 7pmA portion of the proceeds will support Rebirth Beirut’s initiative to illuminate the streets of Beirut. \n\n\n\n
