Lina Maalouf Husseini
Lina Maalouf Husseini (Lebanese – French) is a self-taught artist with a degree in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut. Her work bridges East and West, reflecting her experiences in Lebanon and France. She experiments with materials, colors, and compositions, transforming ordinary elements into unfamiliar contexts to challenge perceptions. Known for her pioneering use of PVC, she collaborates with her husband, Roland Husseini, an engineer, blending creativity with technical precision. This partnership produces unique artworks that balance meticulous craftsmanship with spontaneity.
Lina has exhibited her works internationally, with shows in Beirut, Venice, London, Dubai, New York, Miami, Marseille, Limassol and more. Her PVC sculpture “Together” is part of the permanent collection at the Peoria Riverfront Museum in Illinois, USA.
