Artist Biography
Brahim Samaha
Brahim Samaha is a Lebanese art project developer and cultural advisor. In 2008, he founded Laboratoire d’Art in Beirut, a creative space dedicated to promoting and exploring various art disciplines. He is also the founder of the Cabriolet Film Festival, an international outdoor short film festival held in iconic public spaces such as the Gemmayzeh Stairs, Byblos, and the Baalbeck Citadel.
Currently, Brahim serves as the cultural and media advisor at Université La Sagesse. His previous roles include serving as a cultural and art consultant to the Gibran National Committee and the Gibran Museum, cultural attaché and professor at Université Antonine, and advisor to the Ministry of Culture.
Brahim graduated from the Fine Arts Academy in Rome as a painter and etcher. In 2004, he co-founded Stamperia del Tevere, an art gallery specializing in etching, photography, and videography.
As an engaged artist and a prominent supporter of the arts, Brahim has exhibited his paintings in solo and collective exhibitions, with several works featured in permanent collections in Rome.
